Service scope

• Morrowcanvas provides advertising and creative services including brand systems, campaigns, social and content programs, production, and related media support.
• Clients are responsible for lawful use, rights to source materials, and the accuracy of briefs and brand rules supplied to the studio.
• Deliverables and timelines are defined in the applicable order or statement of work.

Client portal

• Portal accounts are for authorized client personnel only.
• You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse.
• Portal content is confidential project material unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-compromising use of studio or portal services.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized system access attempts.
• No misuse that degrades availability for other clients.

Liability and changes

Services are provided subject to applicable law and agreed commercial terms. We may update these Terms as products or legal requirements evolve; the current version is posted on this page.
